WINDOW CLEANING 

We use the traditional window cleaning method, (T-Bars and squeegees) to clean every inch of your windows and frames by hand. After the first wash, we meticulously detail the stubborn grime that has built up over the years with Grade #0000 super fine steel wool. (Or a walnut pad if you have tempered glass). This ensures that your windows will be absolutely spotless, with no streaks or particles left behind. Get in touch to book today.

GUTTER CLEANING

During this service we clear out your gutters by hand, and make sure to unclog the downspouts. (Exterior gutter washing is only included in our soft-wash service.)

HOUSE SOFT WASHING

Soft-washing is used to remove moss and algae without the pressure. Using a power washer we downstream sodium hypochlorite directly to your home. Completely getting rid of years of stubborn algae that commonly grows on siding and the exterior of your gutters. (Don't worry, we'll be constantly spraying the surrounding plants with water to keep them safe.)

ROOF CLEAN & TREAT

Using only soft bristle brushes and leaf blowers we carefully remove all the moss from your roof, and treat it with zinc/ granulated soap to destroy any remaining moss and prevent it from coming back. (Pressure washers are not used on the roof!)

SOLAR PANEL CLEANING

We spray down your solar panels with simple green cleaning solution before mopping each panel individually with dawn dish soap.

Finally, we hose off the cleaning solution and squeegee off the water.

PRESSURE WASHING

Using a commercial grade pressure washer, we can clean anything you can think of! From back patios to driveways and walkways.

Driveway Pressure Washing: After we've prepared the drive way to be pressure washed, we pre-treat the concrete with a mix of sodium hypochlorite. Shortly after, using a 20” surface cleaner we pressure wash the entirety of your driveway removing years of built up dirt, moss, and grime.
